None of our products are digital. All of our items are physical, handmade ceramics.

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. All orders ship in full via DHL Express, FedEx Express, and UPS Express to get your order delivered sooner than expected, depending on your location. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided in your order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your checkout. ZEEM Ceramic is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Yes you can make custom orders to us by contacting us via email custom@zeemceramic.com
Send us the design that you request (you can use the picture in our shop as reference) with all necessary details (Sizes, Colors, ...)
We will walk you through the process making your special custom order from scratch to finish. The custom order will be done within 2-5 weeks.
