Shipping times after the products are shipped are provided based on the shipping provider's estimated delivery time. This information is listed at the bottom of the page.
Order Confirmation Once your purchase is complete, shipping details and order information will be sent to you via email.
Physical Products: Our products are NOT digital. All of our items are physical, and handmade ceramics.
Shipping Fees and Free Shipping?
We offer shipping at the following rates:
Orders from $0 to $34.99: Shipping fee is $15 USD.
Orders over $35: Free shipping (excluding AU, NZ, and some island countries).
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Free Express Saver shipping is available on international orders.

Custom and Personalized Orders ?
Yes, you can place custom orders with us! To get started, simply contact us via email at custom@zeemceramic.com.
Please send us your design request (you can use any image from our shop as a reference) along with all necessary details such as sizes, colors, and any other specifications. We will guide you through the entire process of creating your unique custom order from start to finish.
The production time for custom orders is typically 2-5 weeks.

We offer worldwide shipping. All orders ship in full via DHL Express, FedEx Express, and UPS Express to get your order delivered sooner than expected, depending on your location.
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided in your order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your checkout.
ZEEM Ceramic is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses.
