If there is any damage, missing items, or if the package tape has been tampered with, do not sign any delivery documents and return the package to the courier with a request to create a damage report. Your new products will be sent to you immediately. Please inform us as soon as possible in writing, via email, or verbally to our phone number, including the contract number.
